A man convicted of killing a woman during a home invasion robbery has been executed in Florida. Mark Allen Geralds received a lethal injection Tuesday evening at Florida State Prison near Starke. He was sentenced to death for the fatal stabbing of Tressa Pettibone at her Panama City home on Feb. 1, 1989.
