Kazakhstan braces for anomalous winter temperatures

January and February: Norm with anomalies
In January, temperatures are expected to stay within the climatic norm, though occasional extreme cold and dry spells could occur. February may bring temperatures 1°C above the norm in most regions.
Winter 2024/2025: A challenging season
The upcoming winter will be dynamic, with temperatures generally aligning with historical averages. However, extreme cold snaps, heavy snowfalls, and increased precipitation are expected.
