Why survey on time change disappeared from eGov app

Tengrinews.kz - The Minister of Digital Development, Innovations, and Aerospace Industry, Zhaslan Madiyev, explained at a government briefing why the survey on time zone changes disappeared from the eGov mobile app.
According to Madiyev, the survey was completed because its goal was to reach only 200,000 Kazakhstanis. The results have already been submitted to the Ministry of Science and Higher Education.

"The Ministry of Science and Higher Education, as part of a comprehensive study, requested the survey through eGov to explore the perception of the time zone change and its impact on daily routines. The survey was completed once 200,000 participants were reached, and the results have been transferred to the Ministry of Science for further analysis," Madiyev said.

The head of the digital ministry also commented on the number of respondents who participated in the survey.

"eGov is a platform with regulations where each ministry can submit requests for research and surveys. The Ministry of Science set the criterion of 200,000 respondents to complete the survey. It is important that unique users participate, not the same individuals," added Zhaslan Madiyev.

Earlier, the eGov mobile app offered Kazakhstanis a survey with a series of questions about the time zone change: what time zone is relevant for them, what to do with the already established time, what they lack time for during the day, and so on.
However, later the survey on time zone changes disappeared from the app.
