Pro-Government Tycoon Won’t Confirm Russian Entry Ban
A spokeswoman for Khachatur Sukiasian, a wealthy businessman close to the Armenian government, did not confirm on Wednesday a report that Russia has imposed an entry ban on him after linking him to an alleged fraud scheme.
