Tokayev congratulates the King and Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia

Tengrinews.kz – President of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev sent congratulatory telegrams to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud of Saudi Arabia, and to the Crown Prince and Prime Minister Mohammed bin Salman Al Saud on the occasion of the Kingdom’s Founding Day, citing Akorda.

Tokayev stressed that Saudi Arabia is one of Kazakhstan’s key partners in the Islamic world and in the Middle East. The Head of State expressed confidence that the multifaceted cooperation, based on ties of friendship and mutual support, will continue to develop dynamically for the benefit of the two peoples.

The President wished the King and the Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia success in their high responsibilities, and wished the Saudi people well-being and prosperity.

Saudi Arabia’s Founding Day is celebrated annually on 22 February. This official national holiday, established in 2022, is dedicated to the founding of the first Saudi state (the Emirate of Diriyah) by Imam Muhammad bin Saud in 1727. Founding Day symbolizes the beginning of statehood, peace, and stability.
