Czech and Filipina wanted in Kazakhstan for theft and fraud

Tengrinews.kz - Two foreign nationals, Kuns Martin and Ouano Nina Marie Co, have been declared wanted in Kazakhstan. This information was posted on the portal of legal statistics.

According to the information on the portal, Kuns Martin, born in 1975, is wanted by the Zhetysu District Police Department in Almaty following a court order. Ouano Nina Marie Co, born in 1981, is wanted by the Almaly District Police Department in Almaty, initiated by the Ministry of Internal Affairs.

Kuns Martin, a Czech Republic native, is internationally wanted for petty theft committed repeatedly. The preventive measure is detention.

Filipino citizen Ouano Nina Marie Co is being prosecuted for a large-scale fraud committed repeatedly against two or more persons.

"On July 7, the pre-trial investigation was suspended, a suspect evades law enforcement or their whereabouts are unknown for other reasons," reported the MIA press service.

Petty theft committed repeatedly is punishable by a fine of up to 200 monthly calculation indices (738,400 tenge in 2024) or corrective labor in the same amount, community service for up to 200 hours, or arrest to 50 days.

Large-scale fraud committed repeatedly against two or more persons is punishable by restriction of freedom for three to seven years or imprisonment for the same term, with confiscation of property, deprivation of the right to hold certain positions or engage in certain activities for up to six years, or without such deprivation.
