Putin to pay state visit to Astana
Tengrinews.kz - Russian President Vladimir Putin will visit Kazakhstan for a state visit, announced Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kazakhstan Murat Nurtleu.
During a meeting with his Russian counterpart Sergey Lavrov, the minister revealed that the state visit of President Vladimir Putin to Kazakhstan is scheduled for November 27.
Earlier, the Russian leader visited Kazakhstan in July of this year to participate in the Shanghai Cooperation Organization summit.
The SCO was founded in 2001 by six countries: Kazakhstan, China, Russia, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, and Uzbekistan. Later, Iran, India, and Pakistan joined the organization.
