Kazakh seismologists record earthquake in Kyrgyzstan
Tengrinews.kz – Kazakh seismologists have recorded an earthquake in Kyrgyzstan.
According to operational data from the Kazakhstan Data Center, the earthquake occurred on January 26 at 02:54 AM Astana time on the territory of Kyrgyzstan. The magnitude of the tremors was 4.4. Judging by the map, the epicenter of the earthquake was located 197 kilometers south of the Kazakhstan border.

According to information from the Institute of Seismology of the National Academy of Sciences of Kyrgyzstan, the focus of the earthquake, with a magnitude of 4.2, was located 3 kilometers southwest of the village of Kablan-Kel and 45 kilometers southeast of the city of Osh.
In the populated areas of the Kyrgyz Republic, the intensity of the earthquake was:
in the villages of Alga-Bas and Kablan-Kel – 3.5 points,
in the villages of Chaichi, Laglan, Toguz-Bulak, Teeke and Alga – 3 points.
