Civinity has completed the acquisition of Valandinis: the platform is developing workforce solutions and aiming for expansion abroad

The building maintenance and engineering solutions group Civinity has completed the acquisition of Valandinis, a construction specialists’ platform, becoming its sole shareholder. The group expects that this move will enable faster investment in the platform’s development, offer new services to the market and initiate steady expansion beyond Lithuania’s borders.
