The cast of Heeramandi recently graced the couch of The Great Indian Kapil Sharma Show, which streams on Netflix. While Kapil had the most fun with all the ladies of Heeramandi, including Manisha Koirala, Sonakshi Sinha, Aditi Rao Hydari, Richa Chadha, Sanjeeda Sheikh, and Sharmin Segal, he also made sure to grill the actresses. During the conversation, Kapil asked Sharmin if she had to audition for Heeramandi or if she got the role through her connection with Sanjay Leela Bhansali. To which, Sharmin stated that she had auditioned for this project for close to one year. She even revealed that she had gone through close to 16 rounds of auditions to bag the role of Alamzeb. Sharmin's revelation shocked Kapil and the audience.
