Shah Rukh Khan smoked endless cigarettes on the sets of Koyla, reveals co-star

Rakesh Roshan's directorial Koyla is one of the cult films of Shah Rukh Khan. Sharing one of the anecdotes from the sets of the film, Pradeep Rawat revealed how Shah Rukh Khan smoked multiple cigarettes on the sets of Koyla and called him a chain smoker,"
Speaking to Siddharth Kannan in an interview, Pradeep Rawat revealed that he wasn't that close to King Khan but one thing he noticed about him his smoking endless cigarettes, "I wasn't close to Shah Rukh during the shooting, but he was always well-mannered and a wonderful person. One thing I remember vividly is that I haven't seen any other actor smoke as much as he did. He would light a cigarette, use it to light another, and then light yet another one. He was a true chain smoker. Nonetheless, his dedication to the film was undeniable."
In the same interview Pradeep Rawat revealed Hrithik Roshan was an assistant director on the sets of his father's film Koyla and used to bring script for Johnny Lever.
