Anupamaa: Sudhanshu Pandey confirms having creative differences with Rupali Ganguly on the sets; reveals what he calls her off-screen

Anupamaa actor Sudhanshu Pandey revealed that he and costar Rupali Ganguly had creative differences. He spoke about what he calls her off-screen.

Rajan Shahi's Anupamaa is the top TV show on the TRP charts. It has been four years and fans are loving the story of a simple housewife and her journey towards success. Rupali Ganguly has done and amazing job in the show and she has received a lot of love. In the beginning, Anupamaa's life was around Vanraj. Her troubles and challenges brought tears to eyes. Apart from Anu, we also saw another strong character in the show. Yes, we are talking about Vanraj Shah. Sudhanshu Pandey has been playing that role and he has been appreciated. Vanraj is a grey shade character and one cannot imagine anyone else but Sudhanshu as Vanraj. Anupamaa, Vanraj and Kavya were the three main characters and later we saw Gaurav Khanna entering as Anuj.

When Vanraj and Kavya got together, we saw Anu moving ahead with Anuj. At that time, we heard of rumours of fights between Rupali and Sudhanshu. It was being said that there are some issues between them and they do not get along well. The rumours are still going on. Sudhanshu and Rupali have always refuted these rumours. Now, Sudhanshu Pandey has once again reacted to these rumours.

He spoke to Siddharth Kannan and said that there are no problems between him and Rupali Ganguly. However, he said what happen is sometimes when they work on sets, there are arguments about scenes and it can happen with anyone. He said he has had arguments many times with many people. But because, he and Rupali were the main cast, hence things were blown out of proportion.

Sudhanshu confirmed that there have been creative differences between them and that is normal thing. He said that if there are no creative differences, then one is not growing. He added that someone must have seen these small arguments and it was blown out of proportion but it is useless. He said they have a good bond and one should on the sets and see the fun they have.

He said that they had creative differences and that will keep happening. However, they are very fine off-screen. Sudhanshu revealed that he calls Rupali 'Bengali' and he also transformed that into 'Banguly' which is a fusion of Bengali and Ganguly.
