In a recent update, there are rumors which has left fans shocked and wondering about Prabhas' starrer Salaar 2. There are rumours that Salaar 2 has been shelved and the makers have finally responded to the rumor.

Salaar 2 shelved?

On May 26, the makers took to their social media platform X as they shared a picture of Prabhas, and Prashanth Neel laughing. They captioned the post as, 'They can't stop laughing. #Prabhas #Prashanth Neel #Salaar'.

As per sources, Prashanth Neel has not yet finalized the entire script of Salaar 2. Well, the makers are currently focusing on collaboration with collaboration with Jr NTR for his tentatively titled project NTR 31 as Jr NTR.

Well, Neel might work simultaneously on both projects as it is a powerful collaboration between major franchises. There has been no official confirmation released by the Salaar director or the team.

On the work front, Prabhas has Kalki 2898 AD with Deepika Padukone, Amitabh Bachchan and Kamal Haasan in lead roles.
