Alpha: Alia Bhatt announces the title of YRF's SPY Universe co-starring Sharvari; filming begins

It is time for some massive thrill and action but this time with ladies taking the charge! YRF's Spy Universe is expending and is also bringing in a major twist with actresses being the leads. Alia Bhatt and Sharvari are going to leads in the upcoming instalment of SPY Universe. Alia Bhatt took to her social media account to announce the title of the film. It has been titled as 'Alpha'. The filming of the same has now begun.

Alpha, the female-led YRF Spy Universe film, starring Alia Bhatt and Sharvari Wagh is going to be produced by Aditya Chopra. The movie is being directed by Shiv Rawail who is known for The Railway Men and more. It is a video shared that has a voiceover by Alia Bhatt. She drops the hint about the storyline of this film. She is heard saying, "Greek alphabet ka sabse pehla akshar. Aur humare program ka motto.. sabse pehle, sabse tezz, sabs veer. Dhyaan se dekho toh har sheher mein ek jungle hai. Aur jungle mein hamesha Raj karega.. ALPHA!" Well, it is more of like why should boys have all the fun? Women can and will be the ones to change the meaning of word ALPHA. The release date of the movie has not been announced yet.

The YRF Spy Universe started with Salman Khan's Ek Tha Tiger in 2012. It was then take forward with Tiger Zinda Hai in 2017. The third one to add to the list is WAR. It starred Hrithik Roshan and Tiger Shroff in the leads. Then came our very own Pathaan with Shah Rukh Khan being a RAW agent. Deepika Padukone was also a part of it. The third instalment of Tiger also released in 2023. The SPY Universe is only getting bigger and better. Alia Bhatt and Sharvari are expected to perform some deadly stunts and action sequences in the film. The teaser itself has left many intrigued.
