Morata reportedly close to AC Milan move; final details being discussed with Atletico Madrid.

AC Milan have reached an agreement with Atletico Madrid for Alvaro Morata and have prepared a three-year contract worth €5 million annually.

Only one hurdle remains.

According to the Gazzetta dello Sport, Milan have effectively finalised the deal for Alvaro Morata, both with Atletico Madrid and with the player himself.

Atletico Madrid will receive the €13 million release clause for the striker.

As for Morata, he has agreed to personal terms and is set to earn €5 million per season over the next three years.

An official announcement is expected once the final details are ironed out.
