Azerbaijani FM once more raises issue of Armenia`s Constitution
ArmInfo.Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov, in the context of the settlement of Armenian-Azerbaijani relations, once again raised the issue of the Constitution of Armenia.
As noted by the Azerbaijani media, in a conversation with journalists, the head of the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry noted that the number of issues in the negotiations on a peace treaty with Armenia has decreased significantly. However, the Constitution of the Republic of Armenia still contains territorial claims between Yerevan and Baku, which must be eliminated in order to achieve complete peace, Bayramov believes.
Previously, high-ranking Armenian officials have repeatedly stated that the issue with the Constitution of the Republic of Armenia is not a subject of negotiations, since this is an internal matter of the Armenian state.
