Junaid Khan spoke to BollywoodLife exclusively and opened up about his family's first reaction to his debut film. He shared what his father, Aamir Khan, the perfectionist said about his work. He said, "They really liked the film. See, I don't know about perfectionist but when papa watches a film, he watches it to enjoy it. He always wants to enjoy it. So, he really liked it. But mom is a tougher nut to crack. However, she also really liked the film. They were really happy."

He also opened up about the reactions and the love he is getting for the film despite having no big promotions. He said, "It is very heartwarming. I am getting a bit used to it now." Talking about his future projects, Junaid will next be seen with actor Khushi Kapoor. It is a romantic comedy and is an adaptation of the hit Tamil film Love Today.
