Armenian, Belgian foreign ministers discuss bilateral ties, Armenia-Azerbaijan peace negotiations

YEREVAN, July 11. /ARKA/. Armenia’s Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan met with his Belgian counterpart Hadja Lahbib, Mirzoyan reported on Thursday.

“As always, pleasure meeting with my Belgian counterpart Hadja Lahbib. [I] enjoyed an interesting conversation on ways to further enhance Armenia-Belgium ties and Armenia’s partnership with the European Union. We value what we have achieved and engage for more,” he wrote on X, formerly Twitter.br

The two foreign ministers also exchanged opinions on regional issues, and Mirzoyan briefed Lahbib on the peace negotiations between Armenia and Azerbaijan.

Mirzoyan and Lahbib are currently in Washington, DC, participating in the Partners' Summit of NATO and various events commemorating the 75th anniversary of the Alliance.
