Bad Newz has been directed by Anand Tiwari and the film has been produced by Karan Johar-led Dharma Productions. The storyline of the film is about heteropaternal superfecundation but with a twist. Saloni Bagga's (Triptii Dimri), twin pregnancies being fathered by Akhil Chadha (Vicky Kaushal) and Gurbir Pannu (Ammy Virk).
