Fawad Khan is currently busy with the promotion of his recently released Pakistani series, Barzakh. The actor also has a huge fan following in India. After so many years, fans will get to see a new Fawad Khan series on Zee5. The show, which stars Sanam Saeed, is also available for streaming in India. Many are excited to see the actor reunite with his Zindagi Gulzar Hai co-star after more than a decade. In an interview, the Kapoor & Sons star was asked his thoughts on making his Indian fans wait so long to watch him in a movie or series. The actor has provided an intriguing answer to this question.

In regards to making Indian fans wait so long to watch him on screen, the Ae Dil Hai Mushkil star first expressed his gratitude for all the appreciation. Fawad told PTI that he apologized to his fans here for having to wait so long. However, it was not in his hands. The actor added that he is a firm believer that everything happens when it is meant to be. The actor stated how absence makes the heart grow fonder and also 'aankh ojhal, pahaad ojhal' which means out of sight, out of mind.

Recently, there were reports that Fawad Khan would make his Bollywood comeback after eight years in a romantic drama with Vaani Kapoor. The report mentioned that the actors will shoot for the movie in London. When the actor was asked about the same, he said that he doesn't know about a comeback. However, there is stuff that is going to come. The actor didn't reveal much about the project. So all we can do is wait for an official announcement.

On July 19, the Fawad Khan and Sanam Saeed drama began streaming on Zee5 in Barzakh. Directed by Asim Abbasi, the series also stars Salman Shahid, Syed Arham, Khushhal Khan, Anika Zulfikar, and others. A new episode will stream on the OTT platform every Friday.
