"This week, U.S. and Armenian service members conducted crowd control and weapons familiarization training as part of Armenia''s Eagle Partner 2024.
"This exercise showcases the ability to collaborate and operate in a joint, high-intensity environment, while enhancing readiness, responsiveness and interoperability. StrongerTogether ArmeniaMODTeam."
In preparation for participation in international peacekeeping missions, joint Armenian-American military exercises "Eagle Partner 2024" are being held in Armenia on July 15-24.
The exercises involve military personnel from the peacekeeping brigade of the Armenian Armed Forces, the US Army in Europe and Africa and the Kansas National Guard.
The exercises involve stabilization actions between conflicting parties during the implementation of peacekeeping tasks.
