Shatrughan was quite relaxed about his daughter choosing Zaheer as her life partner. However, what do Zaheer's parents think of the Dabangg star? Well, the Notebook actor's parents have shared their thoughts on their new bahu (daughter-in-law).

In an interview with Galatta India, Zaheer's parents praised the actress' kind and genuine nature. They said the actress has a heart of asli sona (pure gold). Zaheer's parents believe that they couldn't imagine anyone else as a better match for their son. Zaheer's mother expressed how happy and blessed they are to have Sonakshi as their daughter.

Seeing the couple happy makes Zaheer's parents feel that the two are truly meant to be. They admire the love and respect Sonakshi Sinha has for everyone.
