Bigg Boss OTT 3: Makers react to Armaan Malik, Kritika Malik's alleged intimate video after it draws attention of political leaders; call it 'fake'

A video allegedly showing Armaan Malik and his wife Kritika Malik in a compromising position has drawn flack from all corners. However, the makers have now clarified on it calling it fake.

To IndiaToday, a spokesperson from JioCinema stated that the video that is being circulated on social media claiming it to be from Bigg Boss OTT 3 house is fake. In the statement, the spokesperson mentions that JioCinema adheres to strict programming rules and that the platform does not have any such content. The statement reads, "The video clip in circulation is doctored to include obscenity and is fake. We are committed to protecting the integrity of JioCinema and the trust our viewers place in us. The creation and circulation of this fake clip is a matter of very serious concern." The statement further says that the team is working towards identifying the origin of the video.

This comes after leaders of political party Shiv Sena objected to the video and called for a strict action against the Armaan Malik as well as the CEO of the show. Shiv Sena Secretary and Spokesperson MLA Dr Manisha Kayande stated that Armaan Malik crossed all the limits of vulgarity and obscenity and a strict action should be taken. A letter has also been written to Mumbai Police by the MLA demanding for an action.

On the other hand, Payal Malik, Armaan Malik's first wife has also reacted to the viral video. She claimed that the video is fake. She stated, "I have stayed at Bigg Boss house and I can say that there are no lamps like the ones seen in the viral clip. The blanket is also different."
