In an interview with the Times of India, Radhikka Madan shared her experience working with the late actor. Madan admitted that she regrets not speaking much to the Life of Pie actor. The actress was recently showing the movie to a friend and wondered if she would ever be able to do anything like this again.

Radhikka revealed that she was very quiet on the set and tried to give him space. The actress focused solely on her character and wanted to see Irrfan as her father. The Sarfira actress thought she would have a lot of time with him to discuss movies, acting, and the craft after the movie was done. "He was going through so much. I never spoke unless I was spoken to," said the actress.

Angrezi Medium is a sequel to the 2017 film Hindi Medium. Directed by Saket Chaudhary, the first film starred Saba Qamar, Deepak Dobriyal, and Neha Dhupia. Radhikka played Irrfan's daughter in the sequel. Kareena Kapoor Khan also starred in the follow-up, which Homi Adajania directed.
