Bollywood actress Katrina Kaif is a fitness freak and manages to turn heads in style with her gym routine. The Phone Booth actor is extremely particular about her diet and her body is worth dying for. Well, recently Katrina Kaif's go-to nutritionist Shweta Shah spoke about her diet and how well the diva understands her body. In an interview yoga trainer Shlloka, Shweta said that Katrina observes her body a lot and also understands it well. She said that Katrina does not blindly follows anyone or what the internet is saying.

She said that Katrina Kaif is someone who wants an answer to everything and she understands food as medicine, the qualities of food, and what impact it has on her body. She said that Katrina has a pita body and she often eats cooling foods. Katrina cosumes black raisins, and chews fennel seeds. She also drinks ash gourd juice or mint coriander and amla juice. Katrina consumes two meals a day and does not eat every two hours. She loves to eat ghar ka khaana, and carries it with her. Katrina will eat the same kind of food said Shah.

Moreover, Shweta said that Katrina goes to her to ask for certain alternatives including iron sources or which juices to have. The celebrity nutritionist said that Katrina is in love with Ayurveda and even follows a few self-care rituals like oil pulling, shatpavali which is walking 100 steps after lunch and dinner, performing nasal cleaning etc.

On the work front, Katrina was last seen in Merry Christmas which is directed by Sriram Raghavan. The film was produced jointly by Ramesh Taurani, Jaya Taurani, Sanjay Routray and Kewal Garg under Tips Films and Matchbox Pictures. Her chemistry with Vijay Sethupathi was appreciated the most.
