A week ago Vice President Kamala Harris had probably never heard of ‘Brat Summer,’ but now the internet has coined her the epitome of it (and oddly enough, they mean it as a compliment). But can Gen Z make enough Harris memes to get her votes after President Biden dropped out of the race, or will former President Trump’s show of bravery in the face of near-death win over Americans?
