Vice President Harris’ Record Put To The Test As She Hits The Trail

Vice President Harris has become the Democrats’ presumptive nominee to take on former President Trump in November as President Biden conceded his fight to stay in the race. The Democratic Party had launched a weeks-long pressure campaign to convince the President to drop off the 2024 ticket, with donations drying up and reports showing his GOP rival surging ahead in the polls. Now, Harris must immediately begin campaigning, fundraising, and selecting a VP of her own. FOX News Sunday anchor Shannon Bream joins the Rundown to explain what factors were most important for President Biden’s decision. The 2024 Paris Olympics have their opening ceremony today, marking the city’s momentous return to hosting the games as it’s been a century since the games were last held in ‘The City of Light.’ Over 200 countries are represented, and nearly ten thousand athletes will compete in this year’s games.
