Azmoun confirms new club following Roma exit

Sardar Azmoun, who played as a striker for Roma in the last Serie A season, has embarked on a new adventure.

Al Shabab, a team from Saudi Arabia, has announced the acquisition of the former Roma striker from Bayer Leverkusen.

Azmoun makes the move on a permanent transfer for approximately 5 million euros and will sign a contract until 2027.

“Azmoun brings a wealth of experience and talent to our squad,” said a spokesperson for Al Shabab in an official statement.
