Ranbir Kapoor has been in the news a lot for the past few days. The actor recently gave an interview on Nikhil Kamath's podcast, where he spoke about every part of his life. The Tamasha actor got candid about his love life, professional life, relationships, and his bond with daughter Raha Kapoor. Ranbir revealed in the podcast that people have labelled him as a cheater for numerous years, and they continue to use this term to refer to him. Kapoor said that he doesn't care about it because it's not entirely true.

As soon as Ranbir Kapoor's clip from Nikhil Kamath's podcast went viral, many started digging his old interviews. During an interview with Stardust magazine, Ranbir faced questions about Deepika Padukone's remarks from Koffee With Karan, where she hinted that RK had cheated on her. In the interview, Ranbir admitted that he did cheat out of immaturity and inexperience.

As reported by Hindustan Times, in Stardust magazine's interview, Ranbir Kapoor said that he took advantage of certain temptations out of callousness. The Brahmastra star shared that, as he's grown up, he's come to value the importance of being in a committed relationship. Ranbir realised that there's no point in being with someone unless there is a special bond, mutual trust, and respect. This understanding has made him hesitant to jump into relationships, preferring to wait until he finds someone with whom he can truly be committed.

Ranbir further told the interviewer that infidelity is a deal-breaker. Once it comes, respect and trust go away, and these are the pillars of a relationship that one cannot f**k around with.

Meanwhile, Ranbir Kapoor and Deepika Padukone dated from 2007 to 2009. The duo worked together in Bachna Ae Haseeno when their romance commenced. However, after the breakup, the duo starred in two movies: Yeh Jawaani Hai Deewani and Tamasha. After Deepika, RK dated Katrina Kaif for six years. The actor is now married to Alia Bhatt and has a daughter named Raha Kapoor.
