Dalljiet Kaur files an FIR against estranged husband Nikhil Patel after he lands in Mumbai with new GF; accuses him of 'cruelty' and 'cheating'

Dalljiet Kaur has been unlucky in marriage for the second time. In March 2023, Dalljiet Kaur tied the knot with Kenya-based Nikhil Patel. They had a pretty dreamy wedding that was held in Mumbai. Post the wedding, Dalljiet Kaur moved to Kenya to stay along with her husband. She took her son Jaydon from first marriage along with her. However, in January 2024 she returned to India and reports of their separation made it to the headlines. Now, reports suggest that Dalljiet Kaur has filed an FIR against Nikhil Patel accusing him of 'cruelty' and 'cheating'.

Recently, there were reports of Nikhil Patel landing in Mumbai along with his new GF. There were pictures too that went viral. Dalljiet Kaur then made cryptic and heart breaking posts on social media. Now, a report in Indian Express states that the TV actress has filed an FIR against Nikhil Patel at Agirpada Police Station. The complaint has filed under sections 85 (husband or relative of the husband subjecting woman to cruelty) and 316 (2) (Criminal breach of trust). She has claimed that when she moved to Kenya, Nikhil Patel ill-treated her son. The report states that Nikhil would scold the minor for every small mistake and thus Jaydon became scared of him.

An officer was also quoted saying, "She has shared other instances of ill-treatment too, due to which there were constant quarrels between the couple and she returned to India in January this year." In the report, it is stated that when Dalljiet returned to India, Nikhil shared photo with his GF and when she asked him about it, he initially claimed that there was nothing going on between the two. But later Nikhil sent her a notice when she moved to India saying that she should take away her belongings. "As I went there, he had kept all my belongings in a godown and refused to give me my necklaces worth Rs 6 lakh," she complained.
