Shweta Tiwari spoke about her broken marriages with Raja and Abhinav. She even revealed what tip she gave to her daughter Palak Tiwari after her failed marriage. In an interview with The Times Of India, Shweta shared that she does not believe in marriages anymore. She even said that she advised her daughter not to marry and if she wants to then she has to think twice before getting married. She even revealed that she tried to save her first marriage with Raja. Shweta said that things took an ugly turn in her second marriage with Abhinav and said that there was no point in being in the relationship. Shweta has a daughter Palak from her first husband and a son Reyansh from Abhinav.

Shweta who married actor Raja Chaudhary in 1998 and the two parted ways in 2007. The actress had a troubled relationship due to his alcoholism and domestic violence. She even accused Raja of beating and misbehaving with her. She also said that it took her nine years to come out of the abusive relationship. Later, she married actor Abhinav Kohli after dating him for three years. Shweta filed a complaint of domestic violence against Kohli after he harassed her.
