Deadpool and Wolverine box office collection Day 11: Marvel film indeed does wonders while Akshay Kumar, Ajay Devgn biggies suffer major fail

Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman's movie Deadpool and Wolverine released on July 26. Much to everyone's delight, the Marvel film managed to fare exceptionally well at the box office. Within 11 days, the movie has crossed the mark of Rs 100 crore in India. While all the Bollywood films are having a tough time at the box office, Deadpool and Wolverine has come a hurricane at the Indian box office with the film witnessing major footfalls in the theatres.

On its day 11, Deadpool and Wolverine starring Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman movie has made around Rs 2.25 crore at the box office as reported by Sacnilk.com. It is on the second Monday post its release that the movie has managed to score such numbers. Deadpool and Wolverine currently is the highest grossing Hollywood film of the year in India and in fact has broken many records of the Hindi films that released in 2024. The total collection of the film by the end of second Monday stands at Rs 111 crore reportedly. These numbers are exceptionally good in comparison to biggies like Auron Mein Kahan Dam Tha starring Ajay Devgn and Tabu and Sarfira starring Akshay Kumar.

Auron Mein Kahan Dum Tha that released on August 2 is unable to have gain major box office numbers. In fact, Deadpool and Wolverine had a better second Monday than the opening day of Ajay Devgn's movie. Auron Mein Kahan Dum Tha made around Rs 1.85 on its first day at the box office. On its first Monday, it is estimated that the movie has made around Rs 1 crore at the box office whereas the Marvel film crossed the mark of Rs 2.25 crore on the same day.

Talking about Akshay Kumar's Sarfira, the film did terribly at the box office. It released on July 12 and its lifetime collection is Rs 30.02 crore. It's opening day collection was around Rs 2.40 crore. Akshay Kumar recently even commented on his recent box office failures and mentioned that he isn't dead yet and he would keep working hard.
