Azerbaijan continues to make demands on Armenia

ArmInfo. Azerbaijan aims to normalize relations with Armenia, but "all unfounded demands that have been dictated by the Armenian side for many decades must be completely eliminated." This was stated by Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov in an interview with Izvestia.  "This should not occur at the level of mere statements and declarations; rather, it should be reflected in a legally sound form," he emphasized, without clarifying what he meant by these formulations.  At the same time, Bayramov pointed out the key role that  Russian President Vladimir Putin played in 2020 in reaching agreements on a ceasefire in the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict zone.  "The result was a trilateral agreement on November 9-10, 2020. In addition, there were numerous meetings with the participation of the Russian side as part of the "post-conflict" settlement in from 2020 to 2022," he stated.
