Anupamaa star Sudhanshu Pandey has This to say on rumours of joining Salman Khan's Bigg Boss 18 post quitting the show
Recently, it was reported that Sudhanshu Pandey has quit the popular TV show Anupamaa. The show stars Rupali Ganguly and Gaurav Khanna in the lead roles. Sudhanshu has been a part of the serial since it started in 2020. He played Anupamaa's husband, Vanraj Shah, who later became her ex. The news of Pandey exiting from one of the most popular Hindi TV shows left the fans in shock. Even though Vanraj was not a positive character, fans can't imagine anyone else playing him better than Pandey. Later, it was reported that he quit the show to be a part of Salman Khan's Bigg Boss 18.

A few hours after it was reported by several entertainment news portals that Sudhanshu Pandey has quit Anupamaa, reports started doing the rounds that he is one of the contestants of Bigg Boss 18. However, the actor has now broken silence on these reports and revealed that he has no plans to participate in Salman Khan's reality show.
In an interview with Times Now, Sudhanshu Pandey said that the reports of him joining Bigg Boss 18 are completely false. Pandey said that he doesn't belong to the category of actors who are made for a reality show like Bigg Boss. However, Sudhanshu showed interest in hosting the show instead of being a participant in it. The Anupamaa actor further stated that the Bigg Boss house is not a place for him and he can never be a part of it.

Meanwhile, Sudhanshu Pandey took to his Instagram page earlier to reveal that he is no longer a part of Rupali Ganguly's Anupamaa serial. "Agar aap naraz na hote mere character dekh kar to mujhe lagta mai sahi tarike se nibha nahi pa raha hoon. I want to tell all of you with a heavy heart that I am now not a part of the Anupamaa show," said Pandey in a video. The actor revealed that he has not been shooting for the show since Rakshabandhan. Sudhanshu thanked the audience for giving him love, support, and respect for these four years when he played Vanraj on screen. He also apologised to everyone for his sudden decision to quit the show.
