The Economic Affairs Committee of the Armenian Parliament has unveiled today a set of draft amendments to the Administrative Code, which, if approved, will introduce fines for the export of sensitive goods to the Eurasian Economic Union (EEU) member states by air.nbsp;br/pp

According to Artur Manukyan, deputy head of the State Revenue Committee, fines for exporting such goods via third countries have already been established, but the legislation does not regulate their export by air.nbsp; The list of such goods is approved by a government decree.nbsp;/pp

According to Manukyan, in case of exporting such goods without proper permission, a fine of 50% of the value of the goods, but not less than 500 thousand drams along with confiscation should be imposed./p
