Manish Goenka gets furious and reveals that Abhira is not an orphan but she is his granddaughter. He reveals all that Abhira is Akshara's daughter and Ruhi loses her cool. She slaps Abhira stating that her parents were murderers remembering that her mother died died to Akshara. She accuses Abhira of stealing everything from her including Armaan. Abhira is shocked and confused. She then removes the engagement ring and states that she cannot take away her sister Ruhi's love from her. Armaan (Rohit Purohit) is in a state of shock. In the new precap of Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai, we see Armaan and Abhira gearing up for their sangeet ceremony. Abhira states that she wants Dadisa to dance at the sangeet and be involved. The family gears up to go to the venue. However, heavy rains ruin all. While they are on their way, Armaan and Abhira's car gets stuck. Vidya then proposes that the sangeet ceremony takes place at the nearby dhaaba. Kaveri is shocked but will agree to it too. Abhira and Armaan who are completely drenched due to rain will change into Punjabi clothes to enjoy their sangeet.
