Cellist Narek Hakhnazaryan to perform in Armenia

ArmInfo.After a long break, world-famous cellist Narek Hakhnazaryan will perform a recital in  Armenia. 

On September 22, at 19:00, Aram Khachaturian Concert Hall will host  the recital of cellist 

Narek Hakhnazaryan and pianist Georgy Tchaidze will perform  compositions by Robert Schuman, Felix Mendelssohn, Komitas, as well  as Armenian miniatures. 

"Every meeting with an Armenian audience is a real holiday for me,  full of the greatest responsibility. I am looking forward to meeting  the Armenian audience in the very dear to me Aram Khachaturian  Concert Hall. Together with my very good friend, the brilliant  pianist Georgi Chaidze, we will present an interesting program. We  recently had the opportunity to perform in Greece, and I really  appreciate our cooperation. I am sure that the Armenian audience will  not remain indifferent to this concert either," said Narek  Hakhnazaryan.

Narek Hakhnazaryan has performed with such renowned orchestras as the  Orchestre de Paris, London Symphony, London Philharmonic, Rotterdam  Philharmonic, Frankfurt Radio, Berlin Konzerthaus, Royal Stockholm  Philharmonic, Chicago Symphony, LA Philharmonic, Pittsburgh Symphony,  Sydney Symphony, Seoul Philharmonic, NHK Symphony (conductors:  Gergiev, Kopman, Alsop, Lintu, Sokhiev, Robertson, Honeck, Noseda,  Netopil and others).
