Both former President Donald Trump and Vice President Kamala Harris are eager to win over voters in Pennsylvania, which has 19 electoral votes up for grabs. FOX News Contributor and former White House Chief of Staff Karl Rove breaks down each campaign’s strategy and reacts to the vice-presidential debate. 

Between 1988 and 2012, Democrats relied on Wisconsin to swing their way in the Presidential Election. But in 2016, Donald Trump was narrowly able to win the state, securing him the path to the presidency.
