Hemingway had this to say on the media’s misreporting of Donald Trump’s MSG rally:

And what reporters had to work with there, you had you know, most reporters live in Washington, D.C. or New York, and you had tens of thousands of Trump supporters there being willing to probably talk to reporters about why they support Donald Trump. You had hours of programing, and it’s just inaccurate to describe a rally this way. Now, I do remember James Carville, the moment it was announced, said we should probably start calling this a Nazi rally, because even though every presidential candidate has done rallies at Madison Square… so we should do that. And the media just said, Sir, yes, sir, we’ll do exactly what you say rather than actually covering the reality of what happened. ”
