Milan reportedly backs out of midfielder Belahyane Verona pursuit, with another team ready to step in
The management team at Inter are closely monitoring the performances of Reda Belahyane.
Having faced and defeated him last week with his current side, Hellas Verona, Inter directors Ausilio and Marotta continue to consider him a leading candidate for an investment in the midfield, should they seek a deputy for Calhanoglu—a position currently held by Kristjan Asllani.
However, the club from Viale della Liberazione is not the only one with an eye on the young talent from Verona.
The Franco-Moroccan, born in 2004, has also attracted the attention of Milan.
According to the *Corriere*, the Rossoneri, however, do not appear to be pursuing the Verona midfielder as they are concentrating on other targets.
