Popular comedian Sunil Pal goes missing; police investigation on
Comedian and actor Sunil Pal seems to have gone missing for the last 24 hours. He had traveled outside Mumbai for a show and had informed his wife that he would return home on today (Tuesday). His wife tried to connect with him and after several attempts she was not able to connect with him. She immediately reached the Santacruz Police Station in Mumbai to file a missing person complaint.
Within no time, the police started investigating the case and started collecting information about Sunil Pal. The cops are also gathering information about who went to which show and who was called and who were the people.
On the work front, Sunil gained a lot of fame and popularity he managed to win million of hearts with his perfect comic timing in The Great Indian Laughter Challenge in 2005. He has surely came a long way and enjoys a huge fan following on the social media. He also did small roles in Bollywood films like Hum Tum and Phir Hera Pheri.
In 2017, Sunil grabbed attention when he claimed that Bollywood director Anees Bazmee refused to pay up for a performance that he requested. He said, 'I have around 20-25 lakh stuck in the market with various producers. It is quite common in the industry for producers to pay up late. However, we, as artists, understand if a producer is genuinely out of resources or liquid money. But, when a producer like Anees - who plays in crores of rupees - behaves like this, it is not pardonable'.
