Azerbaijani Armed Forces still causing terror in Syunik

ArmInfo.  The enemy continues to terrorize the population of Syunik - as a result of the fire opened by the Azerbaijani Armed Forces towards Armenian settlements, the water heater of a house in Khoznavar was damaged.

"On April 20, at approximately 02:30a.m., units of the Azerbaijani  Armed Forces opened fire in the direction of the settlement Khoznavar  in Syunik Province, inflicting damage on a solar water heater  on the  roof of a residential building. No casualties were reported," the  Armenian Defense Ministry reported.  The Armenian Defense Ministry  has urged the Azerbaijani side to conduct a  thorough investigation  into the shelling of the residential building in Khoznavar and to  issue a public explanation.  The Armenian Defense Ministry also  recalled that the country's Prime Minister's office has proposed the  establishment of a joint mechanism for investigating  ceasefire  violations, but Azerbaijan has  yet to respond to the initiative.
