NASHVILLE, Tenn. — The Illinois football team on Tuesday continued its recent bowl success with a 30-28 victory against Tennessee in the Music City Bowl. The Fighting Illini (9-4) posted nine or more wins in back-to-back seasons for the first time and won 19 games in that stretch — also a program record.
