In a strongly worded statement issued by the Humboldt-Del Norte League on Tuesday, the league highlighted multiple incidents recently where spectators of local high school games have engaged in unruly behavior towards officials and players to the extent that they were banned for sports seasons or in one case a year for their infractions.
