Duke files lawsuit against quarterback Darian Mensah in effort to block transfer

Duke University filed a lawsuit against quarterback Darian Mensah on Tuesday, Jan. 20. The lawsuit, which The Fayetteville Observer obtained a copy of, comes after the quarterback, who signed a multi-year deal with the Blue Devils, announced he would be transferring from the program on the final day of the transfer portal's two-week open window on Friday, Jan. 16.
