Reflecting on 20 years covering swimming through anniversary girls ‘dual team’ | Opinion

Hard as it is for me to believe, but this winter marks 20 years covering high school swimming and diving for The News-Herald. The memory of being asked to add this sport to covering hockey in the winter — not to mention the total confusion for that first time out at Viking in 2006 — remain vivid. To mark this anniversary of sorts, I’m going to repeat a fun exercise from a similar milestone 10 years ago.
