Tennessee baseball coach Josh Elander could look out his office window and measure his program’s progress inches at a time on Feb. 2. The snow was starting to melt. As excited as Elander must be to begin his first season as a head coach, he can only take what winter weather gives him as the Vols prepare for their opener on Feb. 13 against Nicholls at Lindsey Nelson Stadium.
