Mississippi State football's full coaching staff for Jeff Lebby in 2026 season

STARKVILLE — Mississippi State football coach Jeff Lebby didn't make many changes to his coaching staff last season but has made plenty for 2026. The Bulldogs, after a 5-8 season that ended with a loss to Wake Forest in the Duke's Mayo Bowl, will have multiple new assistant coaches on offense and defense in 2026. Zach Arnett, the MSU coach before Lebby was hired in 2024, is the headliner. Arnett was brought back by Lebby to be the defensive coordinator, a position he held at MSU from 2020-22. Most of the hires for 2026 have been made, but Mississippi State does still have one opening.
