There are another 40 Armenian citizens in the UAE, including 14  students - MFA

ArmInfo. Currently, there are approximately 40 Armenian citizens in the UAE, including 14 students, as announced by Armenian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Ani Badalyan  on her Facebook page, citing data from the Armenian Embassy in the UAE.

She noted that from March 4 to 10, 253 Armenian citizens took advantage of free transportation to Muscat, Oman, organized by the Armenian Embassy in the UAE and the Consulate General in Dubai.

She added that during this period,  the Embassy has also provided support to Armenian citizens with health issues, maintaining constant communication to resolve urgent issues. Specifically, three citizens with health issues and their family members, with the support of the embassy, returned to Armenia free of charge on a Muscat-Yerevan flight.


Today, March 10, the Armenian Embassy and the Consulate General in Dubai organized and carried out free transportation for seven Armenian citizens to Oman in Abu Dhabi. They were met by an employee of the Armenian Embassy in Oman, who ensured border crossing and transportation to Muscat Airport. "The Muscat-Yerevan flight is scheduled for late evening," the RA Foreign Ministry spokesperson noted.
