Netflix, Amazon, iTunes, Google Play, Xbox Video, Sony Unlimited Video, Crackle, Hulu, Yahoo, Fandor...you're not exactly left wanting for options when it comes to legally streaming movies and television shows. And with many of those outlets even producing their own original content, one could argue you have more choice than you could possibly need when it comes to watching something with just the click of a mouse. But yet another competitor is entering the fray, hoping to get their own slice of the digital pie.
Overstock.com — that place you go to try and get cheap drapes and bath towels — have announced they'll be launching their own streaming service by mid-2015. The company, which claims to be only second in online retail to Amazon, is aiming for the same market as Seattle based, everything-selling giant, and will also be aiming to have their own original content too.
